TollCover pilot terms R1.1-2026-08-19

The merchant or practice provides the promotional credit from its own resources. The credit has no cash value and is not a toll payment.

No toll-road operator is a party to the offer. TollCover is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or integrated with any toll-road operator.

The merchant or practice controls eligibility and visit completion. TollCover does not guarantee a route, toll price, travel time, or savings.

The only R1.1 settlement method is MERCHANT_APPLIED_CREDIT: the merchant applies a fixed credit in its own billing system. TollCover does not receive, hold, transmit, reimburse, or settle money.

In HEALTHCARE_NO_PHI, the practice retains every patient association inside its own systems, communicates through its own channels, and applies the credit internally. No patient information may be transmitted to TollCover.
